This brings same-day, in-person urgent care booking availability across 48 states.
What does the patient experience look like?
The integration is designed to be seamless from search to visit:

- Patient searches nearby urgent care clinics, filtered by their insurance coverage
- Patient selects their preferred appointment time, all seamlessly within Health AI
- Patient completes booking via Solv and receives an email confirmation with details
- Solv handles booking confirmation, reminders, and intake
- When the patient arrives at the Solv clinic for an in-person visit, their paperwork is already completed and they are ready to be seen
For Solv partners, nothing changes operationally. Bookings from Health AI arrive in your queue exactly as they do from any other Solv channel, tagged as "Health AI."

After selecting their preferred appointment in Amazon Health AI, Solv handles appointment confirmation, reminders, and intake. When the patient arrives at the Solv clinic for an in-person appointment, their paperwork is already completed and they are ready to be seen by a Solv provider. These visits appear in the queue just like any other visit, incorporating this new channel into your existing workflows.
A patient who books through Amazon Health AI arrives expecting a modern experience: that someone answers when they call, that they know what they'll owe, that they're not starting from scratch at the front desk. Solv delivers that.
