I waited two hours even though I had booked an appointment. I was very sick and had symptoms of Lyme disease after having a tick bite, and was advised by a family member to get tested. Once I saw the doctor, they brushed off my concern and said that I even if I tested for Lyme, it wouldn't show up on a test so soon after the bite. They proceeded to order me a prescription for prescription strength NSAID and anti nausea. They gave me no clue as to what might be going on , they only gave me medicine for my symptoms....I went to a different urgent care two days later as my symptoms persisted. This second urgent care place tested me right away and i tested positive and got a prescription from them for antibiotics. Thank goodness i didn't just go off of what the doctor at this Immediate Care said. They were very dismissive.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

I went to a different urgent care and it did not compare at all to my experience today. Dr. Ibrahim was super kind and took time to explain what was wrong and answered all my questions. The front desk was also super kind!

Liz and Abby were great! They were so attentive and kind and helpful. They made me feel safe and helped me through everything.

My body was a big, red, blotch of Itch! Hopefully what they gave me will work! The PA was terrific

There was barely any patients and waited over an hour for care. Lazy and apathetic staff.
