I’ve been having difficulty with earwax? I came into the clinic to see if they could unclog my ears? Because they felt they were only partially successful they referred me to an EMT, which I appreciate! They could see that my aear canal was irritated and did not want to try the same technique. By the third   time it was getting painful so I appreciate them being sensitive enough to send me to an EMT. Ryan and Rita were good the third women’s name I couldn’t spell?

Big thank you to my provider Ryan, and all of the staff at the CDA Indigo Urgent Care. Everyone from Rita at check in, Crystal doing my xray, Staucia and Ryan were all great and welcoming. Rating 5/5. If I ever decide to tackle a project I have no business doing would choose this location again.

I drove to the clinic and they were able to get me in. A little wait but worth it because I was able to be seen. Great visit.

This is an urgent care for flue/virus/ basic head nose & throat infections. Don’t go go anything more in depth- internal. The total yrs experience of the entire staff is under ten years. The service provider is a nurse practitioner who must rely on theory & book knowledge as she has no hospital or ER  experience.

Scheduling and check in was easy. Staff was friendly and I received excellent care. Thank you to the staff.

I fell down my stairs carrying groceries. I was surprised how easy it was to make an appointment on and was cared for quickly. The staff was helpful and professional especially the X-ray provider.  My only complaint was the size boot that I needed wasn’t in stock. The boot given is too wide for my foot. Maybe I was given a men’s boot instead of women’s.  Overall, I was pleasantly impressed in this urgent care appointment and will recommend to my coworkers.

Rolled my ankle the night before and was easily able to schedule a time to be seen that met my needs. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Kylie was so helpful and made sure to thoroughly check out my foot and ankle. I was able to leave with a brace and good information.

Stephanie and Ryan were great! And I always appreciate the online booking option and friendly front office staff.

Amazing staff.  Everyone was very friendly. I felt like Dr Ryan really took great care of me. He listened to me and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed in and out. The waiting area was beautiful and very clean.
