Was seen quickly. Received gracious and caring treatment from every single staff whom i encountered, and thorough explanations from the doctor. I’m very grateful.

Everything was clean, we were in and out quick and doctor addressed all our needs. Could you guys open up a pediatricians office that is this efficient? 😊

Made my appt online. Check-in was great, staff and care were great. The only reason I did not give my experience a five star is because my wait time was 50 mins. Only after going to the registration desk and asking, did they finally take me back to a room. It seemed like I had been forgotten even though there were not many people there and several people who came in after me where taken back before me.

ER saw me promptly and was very accommodating, got the labs and exam done very fast. Staff was very informative and helpful.

Would have preferred calling my PCP, but I recently moved here and couldn’t find an appointment within 2 months, so I’m just gonna have to wait… Scheduling was easy, but I showed up early and still wasn’t seen until about 15 min after my appointment. When I paid upfront, my insurance didn’t help at all (because why would it - I only pay $500 per month for “peace of mind” that doesn’t actually exist)… I’ve been dealing with severe gastrointestinal pain and walked out with some antibiotics and no concrete answers. Everyone was very pleasant, but it felt rushed and I’m still stuck with debilitating pain with not much more than some hope that it is an infection and the antibiotics will clear up. I would say I don’t recommend, but honestly it’s par for the course in this country’s medical system. Profits over care = rushed examinations and a staff that’s pressured to get as many patients in and out as fast as possible without adequate time or care.

Completely awesome experience! It started with easy online scheduling. The check-in process was quick and friendly. I only waited a couple of minutes before being directed to an exam room. The examination was thorough, and answered all my questions. Overall, they exceeded my expectations and I would go back.

Everyone there was so friendly and helpful! Came in with lacerated thumb and they were quick, efficient, and very patient with me. Would recommend for any urgent care needs.

I wasn’t feeling well this morning, but the staff showed exceptional professionalism throughout my visit. Their care and kindness really stood out, it wouldn't be justifiable if these deserving staff didn't get a 10% raise. I love Indigo, especially the Federal Way Clinic '-'

From check in till the end the staff was amazing. They treated me with kind hearts. Answered all of my questions and concerns on the treatments and medications. The staff made sure I was ok throughout the entire visit 5stars.

It was Sunday and my finger became red and swollen from a nail  and I feared infection     I got in right away and they informed me infection starting and helped me with medicine and instructions I needed to help  Everyone was so nice and kind got in right away
