I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! The most draining experience ever! While the initial wait is short. I personally feel like this clinic needs more workers and more skilled staff. I felt like results was not properly explained and felt like the Nurse was more concerned about pushing her inventory on me to buy. I have had quite a bit of labs done, but this was the first time a simple blood draw seemed like an over complex ordeal, nearly 17 total pokes for blood. My lab orders had the specific tests that had to be done. After 3 visits and three blood draws she realized that she 'forgot' to draw blood for two of the required tests clearly written on the lab orders...which meant several more needle sticks. The printer was not working, the EKG machine was not working and there seems to be no sense of urgency at this place. My last visit, I was told that the labs (that she forgot to take on my initial visit) would be ready the next day. The requesting doctor would have the clearance. I go the next day first thing and I'm told it's not ready and to wait for a call. 5 PM comes...no phone call. I go to the clinic. No explanation as to why. Next day I go back for my bloodwork and clearance after I was told a call was to be had. Called 4 times, surgeon office called...phone is now having issues. After bringing the phone issues to Ms. Williams attention, she jokingly says to me, " I didn't believe you because I thought you was still miserable from yesterday!" In summary, this place has incompetent staff, I've never seen an actual doctor there. There's no sense of urgency. They are technologically years behind with technology and have the worse business processes. What should have take a few days took a few weeks because labs were incorrectly done from first visit. EKG machine broken on first visit. I ended up going to a new facility now 5 days prior to my procedure and this new doctor was able to review all three of my labs, my EKG and cardiac clearance, and was able to make a few calls and gave me EVERYTHING that my surgeon needed with 45 minutes. And faxed everything to the surgeons office immediately and provided me copies for my reference. I'm not one to write reviews, but minor mistakes lead to bigger ones. Because of this place and Ms. Williams lack of urgency, I was charged $1,000. Paid an additional $375 for labs that I shouldn't have paid for. My brother is a medical doctor and my sister is a nurse practitioner and they're both shocked that this place is in business!
