What is the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait two hours with a young child who has a fever of 100.4°F (38°C)? After all that waiting, the visit lasted barely two minutes. The provider didn’t even listen to my child’s lungs or check his ears or throat. Very disappointing—we came for a proper medical evaluation and left feeling that my child had not been thoroughly examined.

I easily reserved a spot online for 10 am and they took great care of me but the wait time to get back to the room was a hour and didn’t leave until 12pm. They need more doctors or helpers in back, especially on weekend. It was a long wait for being sick sitting there. However, the medical care was excellent, doctor compassionate, detailed examine and kind. That made it worth it as she took time to listen to my areas of sickness  I would recommend provider I saw today.

I wished I had scheduled the appointment from home instead of doing it in the office; but I was seen very promptly and given good care in a clean and pleasant office with clear written instructions.

Very nice staff. Everyone was efficient and friendly. Explained everything to make it understandable to me. Dr was very informative and took his time, I didn’t feel rushed. Solv Health will definitely be my go to and will recommend.

They sent both a rookie PA and an experienced PA, which unfortunately led to confusion when they contradicted each other in front of the patient regarding the duration of the medication. This resulted in multiple unnecessary trips to the pharmacy. AFC also did not provide any written paperwork or instructions at the time of the visit; everything was communicated verbally, and the documentation was not provided until 24 hours later. We have received care at many other facilities, and our experiences have been significantly better. The only real convenience AFC offered was its proximity to my sons’ homes. Unfortunately, based on our experience, the quality and coordination of care left a lot to be desired.

My visit was a walk in, check in was easy. The staff was very friendly.

Everyone at every step in the process was knowledgeable , helpful and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this site to anyone who was in need of care.

Everything was nice and the staff were amazing and clean

On Monday at 7 in the morning I put myself on the waiting list for 10:20, at 9:45 I received a text message saying that these are my documents from my recent visit, I call the office to tell them what had happened, they answer me, they put me on hold and then they just say "it was a mistake" and they hang up on me, at 10:20 I'm going to pay the appointment with a different card, it was 30 dollars, yesterday I realized that in their "error" of 9:45 they used my card that was "saved" in my account and I don't know since when.

Staff was very great. Quick N Friendly Got the job done. Also the wait was not very long
