After quite a long (almost an hour) wait I was finally seen for a nagging mild cough and shortness of breathe. This being the 3rd visit in a few short weeks with no real difference in my symptoms, I was hoping to get to the bottom of it. Took a chest x-ray and said they would get back to me in a few hours. Almost 2 days now and haven't heard back from them? I think they are sort staffed on nurse practitioner's and doctors, hence the long wait time.

No helpful. New patient, they do everything through the app or online. Why do they even have front desk people. Waited almost an hour to get seen. Then the person who saw me seemed like she was mad at me for being there. Not a doctor, do they even exist anymore? I will not be back.
