Staff was excellent. Cody was extremely helpful in getting us our prescriptions.

I scheduled a visit for a urine drug screen online for an 8 AM appointment. I arrived at 7:59 and was the first one to check in. I was not called back until after 8:30 and was the first one to be seen. I am not sure why they were such a delay in seeing me when no one else had been seen and the appointment time was 8 AM.

My PCP has been at Patient First for years. I went to see her for surgery clearance - the visit with wait time was 4 hours. They faxed paperwork to surgeon and would not state I was cleared for surgery as Patient First does not do that and my surgeon said no surgery without clearance. I left my preadmission testing and found AFC. Explained my situation and got the physical and clearance all in an hour. The staff is friendly and the PA was fantastic.

I was a walk-in because I didn't know I could schedule an appt. I understand  that paperwork must be completed, but I was shaking so badly because I was in so much pain that I couldn’t write. The clerk at the front desk was very kind and completed a lot of it for me I don’t know her name, but am very appreciative of her compassion and consideration. The nurse/doctor who I saw and explained my symptoms to was very attentive to my issues and was efficient, considerate, kind, and professional when explaining what the next steps were. I am grateful to her. I was surprised when a doctor? came in the room and explained what my blood work showed. He was patient and thorough, and suggested I go to the ER. I did not go because my pain was too bad and I didn’t think I could drive that far. The medicine prescribed has alleviated a lot of the pain, but not as much as I hoped for. If the pain continues, I will go to an ER in the next few days. A big thank you to all the staff for their professionalism during a very painful day for me. I definitely recommend this urgent care provider.

Needed blood drawn and it look over two hours to see me even with an appointment. Then when I was finally seen they called me two days later and told me they lost my blood.

Had to come back to finish some tests and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The clinic staff is very courteous and professional.
