Staff was wonderful, Cody was helpful & knowledgeable.  Great appointment.

Set an 8:00 appt online yesterday. Doors weren’t opened until 8:20 and I wasn’t seen until after 8:30. Staff needs to tighten it up.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.  First time we have been to this location, we will definitely be back!!!

Needed a pre op physical. Easy to schedule. Taken in on time, and was out within 20 minutes.

The receptionist tried to charge me the full "uninsured" price, because I hadn't met my insurance deductable. Urgent care visits are fully covered on my insurance plan. I also waited for over an hour, despite having reserved a time. I understand there's some triage that happens at an urgent care facility, but the 4 other people I saw come and go while I was there had no visible injuries or observable symptoms. I have a hard time believing that they all had issues so urgent that I needed to be left waiting over an hour (close to 90 minutes when you factor in that I was there early for my reserved time).

From the receptionist to the CNA to the PA, I couldn't ask for more! They were all delightful, helpful, and made my time a pleasant one.

I scheduled an appointment at 8:10.   I wasn’t seen till 8:45   !  Check in was easy , just put your phone number in and sit down and wait .  Staff was nice .  The care was a complete waist of my time and drive . No Dr on site just an aid 👎.  Did not have the correct care / equipment in the place to send me home with and had to send me to Lab-Cor to even get that.    If you are sick and not feeling well DO NOT go here for care.    Go to Patient First or get an appointment with your PCP !

Scheduled and appointment @3:10  Had to wait till about 30-40 mins to be seen.  Also public bathroom was clean, but the coat hanger on the door hit my arm as I was going in. Huge bruise on my arm now. I suggest taking it off. The door is too heavy and closes fast.

I've bit been able to maintain a Primary Care Physician for the past several years - they keep dying or retiring or moving away. So now when my insurance wants me to get an annual physical, i am left scrambling. Fortunately i found these guys. I called and they said that was a walk-in visit - no appointment needed. So i went by on a Tuesday afternoon around 2:15 and was all done and back in my car by 2:45. Check in was straight forward and intake was smooth. All the staff were very pleasant and professional. I am not always an "easy stick" but the girl who came to take my blood was both nice and capable. It couldn't have been a better experience. I would definitively recommend them and I'm sure I'll go back.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I went in for a blood test and they were so gentle and it made me feel so much better.
