I was a walk in. Only 3 people were there. Had to wait 35-40 minutes to get called back. Waited another 25 minutes before dr. Arrived. Care, staff, office was good. Just thought the wait was excessive.

Everyone was very nice,  but the wait was over an hour, considering we were the only ones in the waiting room and got there at 8:30 am on a weekday morning.  Then,  three different workers could not draw blood from the patient, so we were sent to LabCorp where the nurse drew blood on the first stick.   We did feel the NP was thorough and ordered the correct tests.

Scheduling online was very easy, and we selected a set time. However, we were disappointed that even after going through that process and completing all the paperwork ahead of time, we still waited an hour to be be brought back and about another hour before we saw the provider. That staff and service was wonderful. Everything associated with service delivery was exceptional. We just would have liked to wait less, or been more aware of what to expect rather than select an appointment time to only have to wait an additional two hours.
