This facility has always been a go to for urgent care.    Always professional and knowledgeable.

I had to come here for a pre employment drug screen. I checked in at 1:36 PM. There were 2 other individuals in the lobby. I did not get called back until 2:15 PM.  Seems a little ridiculous that it took 45 minutes to be called back to complete a drug screen when it was not busy at all.

Staff member Ashley was awesome. Customer Service and care was top-notch. Scheduling and check-in in was fast and easy. Definitely recommend.

The Staff, from courteous check-in to actual med attendant, was professional and   Knowledgeable, treating me with utmost respect. I received clear diagnosis and medical advice. It was refreshing to get quick help instead of the usual delayed wait at a normal MD office. AFC urgent care is definitely a preferred source to me!

I was sent in for a respirator physical from my work place last minute no scheduling thinking I would be sitting there for ours I was wrong.. everything went as smooth as possible and I wasn’t thee only one sent in there were six of us we were in and out in no time and back at work.. thank you

Very easy and plenty of times for same day appointments. Took less than 10 mins to enter in all the data.

The staff was friendly and conducted themselves in a professional manner.

I walked in with headache, sinus congestion and pain, ear ache, and body aches. The PA completely dismissed my symptoms by telling me it had to run its course. I inquired about something to ease the symptoms. I was told she wouldn't give me a steroid shot because it supresses the immune system. She admitted it would make me feel better, but it wasn't something she gave her patients. It was the last time I will go back to this facility. The office staff was more worried about what they were jamb for lunch than helping abundantly who came in.

I was able to check in and receive treatment plus prescriptions all within 45 minutes.  They have a very friendly staff and an amazing doctor.  Thank you for your kindness and politeness.  I most definitely recommend AFC Urgent Care.
