Slow and unorthodox everytime I get scheduled up there

Wait time over an hour for an appt. $70 paid for zero help over two visits. Pills did nothing

Smooth experience. Dr. was direct and to the point. X Ray process was quick and easy. Both techs / nurses were pleasant. Check in was straightforward.

Great service as usual from the front desk to Medical Assist and Wesley Dee's NP they took care and was very patient and concerned with my medical care.

UTI was giving me a fit! The medical staff and other staff members were excellent! I felt better before I even left the clinic! All my questions were answered. I was well taken care of!

Check-in was easy but the receptionist looked like she either hates her job or hates everyone, or she didn't know how to smile. The nurse who took my vitals was very sweet and the doctor was also good, he guided well.

My primary care physician had no appointments open Monday.  First one was Wednesday.  I had an open wound that despite my TLC was looking worse. It looked like it was in the process of becoming infected if it wasn’t already.   Urgent care was the answer. The staff was caring. Ck in was fast. The young man doing the hands on was knowledgeable and giving guidelines for better self care.  No peroxide or alcohol to clean the wound. Alcohol doesn’t discriminate between good & bad bacteria.   The nurse/tech demonstrating the proper bandage needs more training on applying a sterile bandage. Plus the tape wasn’t gentle to remove like any paper tape I am familiar with. When I very slowly peeled back the tape, I had 2 more wounds beginning where the tape had been.  I hope the problem isn’t just my health becoming worse. The young woman  was humble with a sweet personality.  The only thing UC is missing is decades of experience, but staff while young seem very devoted and practical.    One thing RX  was called into the wrong location. It’s happened before elsewhere. I had to wait over an hour to get fixed. It was not a problem when my husband went in around the Fourth of July.  RX was where it should have been. The service where it counted was good. I’d go back if needed. The evaluation was sensible and cautious.  And they were wearing masks as we also were.  Very respectable. I had suggested this provider recently to a family member.

Wanted a xray for peace of mind. Doctor would not do one saying it was radiation. Well duh

My face was swollen like I HAD A FIGHT WITH IKE and an attitude the size of Shaq O'Neal but they were patient with me and my tude... I'm beyond grateful and appreciative of you guys and your staff..... Check in was very easy the care was amazing I was out of pain by the time I walked out the office and scheduling is very accessible. I know to schedule ahead next time overall 10 out of 10. I would always definitely recommend this provider

Came in with a sinus infection and was given over-the-counter nose spray and cough medicine. Meanwhile, I still have major sinus congestion that is now getting into my chest, coughing up phlegm and green snot. I was told to give it 10 days instead of getting a steroid shot and antibiotics I was basically sent home now on the verge of having pneumonia and my infection is getting worse
