Have had severe lower back pain for a week. My daughter took me on Saturday morning and they got me right in. Everyone was so friendly and concerned about my issue. I was in and out with a shot for my extreme pain and muscle spasms and a prescription for the pain. Woke up Sunday morning feeling human again. I am so grateful for the care I received. Thank you to everyone that was involved that day. 😊

Dr Madison was great. She was quick but still thorough and I felt she addressed my concerns with decisiveness and compassion.

Had an excellent experience with the staff and care at AFC Urgent Care in Oak Ridge. It was my first time visiting this facility and they were very accommodating. Perhaps the best part of my experience was the fact that I wasn't able to come in any sooner that day—they still saw me close to closing time and made sure to provide thorough care, rather than totally rushing to dismiss me.

I walked in and needed to have someone look at my itching eyes. The check in was very easy, the staff was very nice and friendly and the care was good. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a quick appointment and check.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at this location. I had a rough fall, injuring my neck and back. The PA (Bethany I think) highly recommended that I go to the ER because of the possible injuries she could not see just from an xray. I was stubborn and still requested the xray to be done. She was extremely knowledgeable and covered all pros/cons of both locations. After the xray she reviewed the results thoroughly and made some recommendations on follow ups on Monday with my Ortho.  I want to also add that the other staff who performed the xray and helped me check in were all extremely kind and helpful.  I live closer to other urgent care centers but I will 100% use this location going forward.

Both of my children have been sick for a few days. We’ve been dealing with a death in the family so it has been a long hard week. The staff was amazing. Got us in quickly. Was so kind. Diagnosis and prescription in less than an hour. We absolutely love this office and the staff here! Highly recommend.

They were all great for my 11 month old. My wait time was minimal with him. we were in and out.

Always fast, clean, and extremely nice and helpful.
