This morning, I had woken up coughing and scheduled an appointment which was easy arrive 10 minutes before my appointment as it indicated on the appointment schedule and waited about 20 minutes more after the appointment. went to the restroom there was no paper towels to dry your hands and no water to drink, no tissues, but overall the visit went very well. Staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Thank you so much.

Forgot a prescription back in Canada and went to Carbon as a walk in appointment. Easy and efficient.  Thank you! I would recommend this clinic!

Staff was nice, Waite was not long, Explanation by Kathryn was excellent.

Woke up with a stomach ache and nothing help. Doc gave me something thick and bitter and settled my stomach right away. Felt way better after that. Amazing job Doc.

The staff and service was TOP Notch. Heather was an amazing clinician - very knowledgeable with fabulous seaside manner. The assists s were great too(9p e was in training) My only negative comment is the furniture is really old and very worn and the facility in general could use a little love (paint flooring etc). highly recommend

Everyone at Carbon Health LaQuinta are always caring and nice.

Scheduling was easy. Wait time to get into treatment was good. Time waiting in room was too long. The staff was friendly.

PAs bedside manner was rude and poor. Not what you need when you are sick or worried about your loved one who is sick.  From out of town but advising others if visiting and in need of care don’t go there.

I did not want to make a trip to Urgent Care but I had stepped on something a few days ago and I could barely walk on my foot. I went in waited quite awhile once checked in room and the doctor came back in and looked at my foot and said she didn’t see anything to just soak my foot three times a day which I’m doing, but there’s something in there and it hurts like heck. I’m not sure what to do next.

I fell and after a week was still very sore and had difficulty walking. The doctor at Carbon did X-rays and sent me right to the hospital for surgery.
