I was feeling horrible with coughing and a fever that couldn’t break with Tylenol so I went online to carbon health & immediately saw an appt avail & took it! So grateful this was convenient & easy to do!

Booked a same day appt and it was very easy. was a little backed up because the office was understaffed but the nurse (who was also running the scheduling and front desk) was extremely nice and efficient. Dr was kind and helpful as well

Easy to book, got in right away but the provider was unprofessional and incompetent. Luckily all I wanted was to get a swab but did not feel comfortable with her.

I love this facility. Every time I have a visit the team puts me at ease, I’m grateful  for all that have helped me.

The scheduling was extremely easy and the app was easy to download and use. Check-in was very courteous and efficient. Staff was wonderful and Rachel couldn’t have been more helpful and more sweet than how she addressed my issues.  She was gentle and caring.  The physician assistant was very knowledgeable and asked good questions about the testing I was requesting.  And the nursing assistant Rachel again was especially wonderful and gentle when she drew blood for a test.  I didn’t feel the thing.  She was so professional and caring that I would highly recommend your facility to all my friends. Five star overall.  The best.

I was able to book an appointment immediately to get in for some concerning symptoms, everyone at the office was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. My experience was so much better than any other urgent care I’ve ever been to

Waited over an hour. The waiting room was dirty the NP was very good

Everyone from the receptionist to the care provider were just great, and made me feel welcome and were very helpful and listened to my issues with concern and had a good treatment plan appropriately related to my issues. And it’s very easy to schedule a same day appt.

The Wait Time rating above could be explained two ways.  I used 1 star to imply MINIMAL wait time.  The attendant was highly proficient and the "technician" (perhaps a doctor, don't know her role) was VERY helpful and knowledgeable.  Thank you.

Able to book an appointment with ease, meaning promptly. Everyone from reception to medical staff were supportive efficient and kind. Received an accurate diagnosis, referred for appropriate labs , X-ray and results given the next day. Thank you all!
