My wife and I got great care at this health care facility in Novato, CA. We are very happy with the cleanliness of the facilities and the professionalism and care shown to us by the staff. Was asked by the front desk person my pharmacy information and I told her. Was prescribed a med and went to my pharmacy and found they had not received any prescription. The pharmacist called the Novato office twice, as did I. No one answered the phone with any of these four calls. I then had to drive another 25 min back to the Novato Carbon office to be told the script was sent to a different pharmacy in another city. Very incompetent office staff.

The care giver did focused on just One problem a urine specimen.. She did not address my main issue, a cold that landed in my sinus cavity. I was not given anything to improve my wellness And I had to go to an M.D. the next day who prescribed medicines to improve my wellness.The care giver at Carbon was scattered, seemed Over rot and scary … Just a note: Carbon has never had my information right so I cannot access my account. I have mentioned it a few times to the Receptionist with NO changes made. I am thru with Carbon…
