Our first time here and will be my go to now. Facility was clean and organized. Staff went above and beyond and were kind, helpful, and provided excellent patient care. I have a medically complex kiddo and I was worried about going somewhere we’d never been, that worry was beyond wiped away by the staff and facility.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this urgent care. I honestly didn’t know it existed until I was frantically searching for something within a specific timeframe and they had times that worked perfect. The staff was so friendly, the process was easy and I was in and out within probably 30 minutes. The whole place was very clean and so simple looking. It was a nice change honestly from your typically healthcare clinic (and I work in healthcare).

I have never been to this clinic, but will definitely return. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and very thorough in everything that they do. The idea of having everything on the app, including results, and being able to message my provider with any questions, is a definite plus for me!

Wow, I am truly astonished at how amazing my experience was here with Carbon. We were seen promptly and the staff was incredibly patient and kind with my toddler. They listened to all of my questions or concerns and did not rush us at all. I love how clean and updated the interior was. This will absolutely be our #1 choice and recommendation for Urgent Care. I was looking for a different walk in clinic and I found a wonderful one in Carbon Health. The staff was very friendly. The PA took her time with me and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. Making my appointment was fast and easy. The wait time was short. Check in was a snap. I can’t say enough good about my entire experience. I highly recommend them.
