I was visiting my son and his family  and injured my ankle Friday night. I was hoping it would feel better in the morning but it was pretty uncomfortable. Scheduling was easy and it was close to my son’s home. I was seen at my scheduled time, staff was friendly, helpful and even with an X-ray the appointment lasted about an hour. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. The instructions were clear and it’s feeling much better. Thanks for the reassuring care.

Very friendly and compassionate staff.  Quick check in and short wait time.  PA Schumacker was just outstanding - caring, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and followed up multiple times after tests were completed, writing prescriptions, and rechecking on health status.  She is the epitome of what a caring health provider should be.  The whole operation seemed well run and she was the one at least for me, seemingly to make it so.  OnPoint is fortunate to have her and the other staff.  She'll excel wherever she goes and I just hope she doesn't get burnt out.
