We were traveling from out of town when our 10mo old got sick. They got us in with an appointment (to cut down on wait times) same day and were very helpful. The only downside was we have an Ohio based insurance and they refused to try to bill them so I had to self pay so I will have to try to get reimbursement from my insurance company. Overall it was a great experience and the staff were very helpful and kind! My little one started feeling better right away.
