Everyone from the front desk person to PA Beckman was excellent. The wait was short, the front desk young woman was very friendly and kind, PA Beckman's assistant was really helpful and knowledgeable, and the X-ray technician was friendly and efficient. PA Beckman was very warm and present and extremely thorough. It was a good experience.

Came in for a sore throat after already being treated for strep and had a rash. No one would check my throat and just told me the rash will go away. Still am having throat pain and will need to see a doctor again. Very disappointed I had to pay to be seen briefly for a few minutes

I was able to schedule an appointment on line, very easy. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this location to family and friends. Thank you!

Scheduling was super simple. She scheduled me over the phone while I was on my way. She was able to check me in as soon as I got there. I thought the wait time was a little long, but I understand there were people ahead of me. And I was actually seen faster than origimally told. The staff was friendly and nice and did their jobs great. I am very happy with the care that I received. I would recommend this provider

I waited over 30 minutes in the room to be seen. Bruce had a terrible bedside manner and he didn’t seem to care at all. I felt dismissed and not taken seriously.

Es fácil hacer cita el personal habla español muchas gracias por su atención médica. Les agradezco demasiado. Es mejor primero asistir a urgencias porque cuando va uno a emergencia lo tratan mal no le dan el mismo servicio. Yo sí recomiendo el servicio de urgencias en persona o por videollamada, y más. En esta localidad esta locación tiene el servicio VIP de lo mejor.

I was able to get in a day early.  Quick and helpful staff.  They listened to my concerns and I felt very confident in their decisions in how to handle my situation.

I was really disappointed that after the long wait and high cost of services, the NP made me feel like I came into urgent care for nothing, despite me having had chest pain, shortness of breath, pain down my left arm, and near blackout vision just hours before. In addition to that, his clinical notes were inaccurate around the amount of medication I took and included items (like checking my ears, nose and mouth/throat) that he didn’t even do.

Woke up in the morning with a clogged ear and difficult hearing (swimmer ear situation). Scheduled me an appointment thru via phone call and got in early and overall everything was great.

I'm glad I chose Indigo MultiCare for my health concerns. The Staff was so efficient and friendly. I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism that each staff member I interacted with had.
