Came in with a bad carrot peeler injury and they patched me up with care, attention, and clarity. In and out in less than an hour!

It was so easy to schedule this visit. Arriving on time I was politely greeted and only waited for less than 5 minutes to get into see a nurse. Everyone was very friendly and were very clear, sharing details and asking questions. This was a very positive and easy experience. Two thumbs up!

Everything went pretty smoothly the only issue I had was when checking my insurance she kept telling me it wasn’t valid. I pulled it up on my phone logged into my account to show the receptionist that it was active but she said she still couldn’t confirm it. That I would have to pay $250. Another employee told her it was fine and to just continue to check me in without the $250 payment. Once we got past that part everything was pretty smooth. Staff was nice. Visit was quick and I was on my all in 45 minutes total time.

I always feel confident when I leave. I’m glad they ruled out Covid and the two strains of flu. I read online that there was no one in line and walk-ins welcome. Glad that was posted. I was seen quite quickly ! I am so glad it’s close by. I always feel welcomed and reassured upon leaving!👍

I work next to this urgent care not feeling good today. Went in looking to see if I can walk in appointment. It was so easy. I got an appointment within an hour. I got checked in very friendly staff and very clean care facility. I was taking care of really fast was in and out so quick thank you for all you guys do.

Indigo works for me. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer online scheduling and the wait time was no more than 10 minutes from the time I walked in the door till I was seen by a medical assistant. I filled out the paperwork online before I went to my appointment. The PA took care of my foot injury in short order. They're always able to help me.

I was in major discomfort and pain. Staff were helpful in getting me into a comfortable settled position. They treated me quickly. My pain was resolved with clear solution on how to treat and prevent future issues.

Maybe don't prescribe things that can't actually be prescribed. Had to pay out of pocket because they prescribed something from Safeway that wasn't able to be prescribed they then sent me to another store for a product they didn't have which I had to pay out of pocket.
