Came in for a non emergency thing, scheduling was easy and check in was quick and easy and had a good visit .

The scheduling is always kind of a mess here because they're always busy which is no fault of their own. But it makes it frustrating and difficult for people who need help. They also have a habit of checking people in who scheduled later than others, leading to even more frustration when you're already not feeling well. But their staff is lovely and their doctors are great, better to get in in the morning though than afternoon as you might be looking at a wait time of an hour or more. The only big bad thing I would be upset about is the very obvious gossiping in the lobby between the receptionists. Not very professional at all in that regard.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat, thought I had strep. Made an appointment for 12:45, I was on time. When I got there I was told they were an hour behind schedule. I finally got out of there at 3:15. It would have been nice if they just text me that they were 1 hour behind schedule 1 hour and I would have gotten other things done.  Everyone was very nice even when I was upset about my insurance and billing issues they kept their cool when I was mad but they were very kind to me. Yea they are a good clinic to go to for help and yes I would recommend them for urgent care, the staff is very good and they are doing their best to get everyone in and out.

Booked and came in but did not feel heard or helped being I did not have symptoms that day. The symptoms had been happening for months so came in to see What was going on and felt pushed off because I wasn’t feeling the symptoms today. Then was asked was I pregnant. Will not be coming back will look for another place!

I came in to see what was wrong with my feet and all he did was look at them and guess what could be wrong, no X-rays or labs nothing

Sprained my ankle really bad playing volleyball, they took care of me right away, got X-rays and made sure I was good to go

I had a cough that would not go away, so I wanted to make sure it didn’t become worse. All staff, from the reception to the ARNP that treated me were kind and understanding. (I’m so sorry, I’m terrible with names.). I was in and out and on my way to pick up my prescriptions in under two hours. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Staff was prompt place was clean. I had really good care. Very impressed.

Every single person I interacted with was over the top nice. The wait was a little long but it appeared that they were very busy. Appreciated everyone’s kindness! And will be back for any urgent care needs I have.
