Very friendly and helpful staff. Filling out forms took the longest and using the online QRCode took sometime but that is because technology is not easy for some.

We’re supposed to have a prescription for antibiotics. I went to the drugstore to pick it up it was never called in I’ve been calling for the last 40 minutes to the 600-0110 number mailbox is full so they’re not taking messages. Absolutely ridiculous!! and I have no paperwork because the physician assistant said I didn’t need anything that she would call the pharmacy and evidently she didn’t.

I went there because of exposure to hydrafluoric acid burns and blisters on my feet and the doctor referred me to the hospital in his referral stating my concern of exposure but stated his diognosis was athletes foot and so when I went over to the hospital they were not interested looking into hydrafluoric acid exposure and wrote me a prescription for antifungal foot cream and gave me a pamphlet on how to take care of my feet. So I left inland valley hospital and went to Lola Linda where they confirmed hydrafluoric acid exposure where as inland valley would have me at home loosing precious time trying to treat athletes foot and potentially loosing my foot

I booked an appointment around 2pm through solv for a 5:15 appointment time, and it took 45 minutes before I was called back. That was the only downside. Other than that little blip, the staff are amazing and friendly. The facility is very well taken care of, and very clean.

The wait time wasn’t too bad. I always expect to be at an urgent care longer than 2 hours with no appointment. The front office staff was beyond kind and the doctor was amazing with my 10 year old. Overall I would recommend this urgent care to all my friends.
