Have been experiencing issues sleeping through the night:  drainage, coughing. Over the counter medicine has not controlled the issues.  I walked in and was being seen within 5 minutes .  The staff was very polite and efficient.

I went online and made an appointment. When I showed up, they were expecting me. I had a minimal wait time. Overall the staff was wonderful. Everybody was very friendly and polite. This is why I continue to come back for medical care dislocation.

The check in was smooth and she was very friendly and polite the entire staff was phenomenal…Dr. Brozek thank you for being such a great doctor and we need more like you. Scheduling on line was a snap. The front desk was helpful, but nothing crossed from my chart.  I ended up being asked the sam question 3 times. I understand the medical provider need to hear me explain the history please complete a workfow review to improve the pr ux, Very nice people

Came in complaining about total hearing loss in my left ear. I left with no recomendation other than go see ent. No referral. From what I've subsequently learned when you have sudden onset hearing loss, you must act immediately if you're going to save the ear. Specifically, you must start a steroid immediately. And immediately means immediately. As far as I can tell, you can't get a prompt appointment for an ENT. In other words, I was left dangling in the wind. I could not be more dissatisfied.

I was experiencing bladder infection. Care was quick and caring.

Woke up with a sore throat & thought I had the flu. I got there right when they opened (8am) & was seen at 8:30am. Office was friendly but it was ridiculous how expensive it was. If you haven’t met your insurance deductible, it will cost $260. So ridiculously expensive for no reason. The care I received was okay, but not for $260. I am no longer going to this urgent care simply due to the fact that it is so expensive.

I was able to schedule an appointment the night before and was in and out within 30 minutes- the staff was very friendly!

I had bllod drawn. In all of my life I have never had blood drawn that was PAINLESS! I was so happy when the nurse was done. I felt nothing!
