Amelia Connell gave me good care. She is knowledgeable and thorough. She explained what my illness was and included me in the decision of what to do. I am grateful that she was there when I was feeling so sick. On the other hand...the covid protocol of waiting in my car and being called in when they were ready to see me was a good idea. But having to complete paperwork on my phone, including taking pictures of my license and insurance card was annoying. I was not a new patient and I was sick. Figuring out how to "sign" my name almost put me over the edge. I had a fever and having to do the "paperwork" in my car was not okay. There has to be a better way.
