I was very pleased for my first time having to do urgent care over the phone. The only thing was the computer said my appointment was canceled but it actually wasn’t. I told that to the doctor and she said yeah she doesn’t know why it does that. Otherwise I had a very good experience. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to be seen at urgent care but can’t get there. I’m thankful for them offering this service.
