Woke up in the morning dale of the night with my face swollen and was able to make an appointment right when they open. Appointment was super fast.

Everything was ok until it came down to dis cuss the prescription.  The provider told me  that her staff would immediately the next morning get started on getting a pre authorization submitted to my pharmacy and insurance for my meds which didn’t happen, then a phone rep told me she didn’t understand why providers were saying immediately when in reality there were a lot of people ahead of me so it would take 2-3 weeks, then spoke to a manager then was told it be would be up to a week.  3 completely different answers on the same mannerisms
