Visited AFC Friday and was given several OTC meds- those relived my symptoms for a day and then felt worse Sunday and even more worse Monday so I went back.  Got steroids and antibiotics this time.  Perhaps I should have insisted on them first time to save myself $160

Was dealing with intense allergy symptoms and needed relief.  Got appointment at AFC quickly online and easy check in.   The NP who saw me was kind and caring and after telling me her recommendations I was somewhat skeptical if it would work.  Picked up my prescriptions and relief was quick - I will return to them for future issues!  10/10 rating!!!

I was a walk in patient and the young women at the front desk assisted me in checking in.  The wait time was just minutes.  Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, including the Doctor.  The whole process from beginning to end was maybe an hour.  Very happy I chose AFC Urgent Care.  I plan to recommend them to other family members.

Only person in the lobby, 30 min wait, 30 min in the room, another 30 min wait after. For them to be in the room for 30 seconds, and then had to wait again for the nurse to hand a me a prescription paper.

Very easy to schedule but we won’t be back. We have been 3x in the last couple of months and always get taken back quickly, but then wait far too long for results and final doc notes/scripts. Got a strep test, doc came in 5 minutes later to examine patient. 35 minutes later, I went to the nurse desk to ask for results. She went back to let me know the test was negative and that the doc would be in shortly. Doc came in about 10 minutes later and apologized for their delay. They were not busy. Many rooms were empty. Since this happened more than once with different staff, I can’t give them a good rating.
