Overall pleasant experience i would just recommend a refresher in venipuncture. I was stuck twice and had to go to quest to finish my bloodwork. The lab tech at quest was shocked they missed my veins.

I felt like I was heard more by the nurse than the dr. I do not think he read my chart at all. He immediately came in and tapped on my hand ready hard- the reason I was in there was a hand injury. He immediately stated carpal tunnel I advised no I have an 2 autoimmune disorders. And I am having a current flare up: xrays completed and I was sent home with Tylenol and advised to go to ER and come back so I could get injections in my hand. Like what? It had on my discharge papers pain was a 7/10 which was not asked and I was visibly sobbing due to the pain. I felt like it would’ve been better going to the ER initially
