Could not get in with my primary. I was able to book an appt that was convenient for me from my phone and be seen the same day. The check in staff and provider were very friendly and helpful. The triage tech (RT) was the only negative aspect of my visit. He hardly spoke and acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. It negative attitude was not enough to scare me off though. I will be back when in need again!

Certain staff members are completely incompetent. I would not recommend anyone.

I don't recall the name of the female at the front, but she was great. I know she probably takes a lot of abuse from waiting customers. She seemed to have a great attitude and was very attentive. The other staff was great as well. The wait time was a little much but not unexpected considering the weekend staffing. Overall great experience. Would go again if I need to. Thanks!

Walk- in, check in was difficult because of the way they use phone numbers. But once we got past that problem everything was easy and efficient.

Face had red dry patches, fever and itchy. Dermatologist appointment was not til September. It was easy to set up an appointment at AFC for same day. Saw Sandy Quinn the PN, she was great and able to diagnose it as a form of Dermaitis/eczema and prescribed temporary medication. The nurse was very helpful taking pictures of my face for Dermatologist to see how bad. Thank you!

I had this cold for three days and I felt lousy so I went and I booked an appointment for 1030. No problems I got there. The staff was friendly. They took me within the scheduled time limit and the nurses and PAs were very knowledgeable and they took care of me I left and I’m on medication now and I should be all right with my with my cold.

Was able to schedule an appointment by phone through an automatic system. The appointment was relatively soon and easy to make. Staff was exceptional. The weight and the waiting room was short. The wait after being taken back to my examination room was exceptionally long. I was told they had a procedure going that they had to take care of. Front desk was awesome!

so i have a pretty bad hormonal imbalance the has pretty adverse affect on my period. my wait time was under 30 minutes considering i was using a new insurance and didn't know how it worked. shout out to tiffanie and johanna the wondeful care they administered. they even put in the shots to my pharmacy i need so i don't hqve to go to urgent care if i have another flare up in the future.
