Best experience!  Friendly staff, check in to assessment to provider all went flawlessly.  I highly recommend!!!

I had a half twirl 0ne-Mississippi drive by in each nostril for my flu and covid tests. Dr didn’t look in my ears and didn’t really seem too concerned about my croup cough. It was a questionable experience.

Im still waiting for results. Doctor was professional and very knowledgeable.

I was able to walk in and be seen on the same day. The registration professional assisted me with the entire process. She was patient and well-informed regarding my needs. The Technician and Nurse Practitioner were caring and modeled excellent assessment details. I recommend this provider for health care needs.

When I went the get checked in they was very quick but the staff was as very quick and when I tried to tell them how I was feeling the doctor acted like he didn’t care gave me a steroid shot and sent me on my way wasn’t even listing to my worries

I was a walk in. As soon as I filled out the forms on my phone, I was registered and called back in about 5 minutes. Due to a few emergencies it took a while to see the NP. She was great as usual. I recommend AFC as your first stop to avoid expensive time consuming ERs.

It was very easy to schedule online , and check in was easy too . The staff was wonderful, i absolutely love Dr. Lisa.  I would definitely recommend coming here , the time I was taken back was almost an hour before I got to see the Dr. though.  The only complaint I saw was the place needed a good cleaning , especially the waiting room . I understand it’s a little old and outdated but if the whole place was given a thorough cleaning I would have given it a higher score.

I am grateful to the ladies at American for all the ways they make this a pleasant experience. Not only are they friendly and welcoming but also professional and prompt. I appreciate each of them for taking care of my illness and helping me get back to feeling better.

Noticed pain & swelling below my eyelid night before & worsened during the night. Painful to blink my eyes. We had a tree cut two days ago & thought sawdust etc from grinding the stump might be embedded. Appreciate the kind service provided.

I had a cat bite and scratch. They knew exactly what to do.  Now I’m on an antibiotic and I have a prescription antibiotic cream to put on it to avoid another round of cat scratch fever.  Thanks to the wonderful care and kindness of the doctor, I’d highly recommend them.
