I was a walk in.  This was my first visit to an urgent care.   Not sure what to expect.  The check in process was fairly easy.   I’m not great typing my information on a phone and did make a mistake that the receptionist corrected for me.   I really appreciated her making the correction.   Once I was seen, the process went smoothly.  I was required to take a urine test.  The doctor I saw did listen to me and she explained the results of the test based on what see could do.   Because I am seen by the VA, she couldn’t order any test, but she did provide me the paperwork needed for my doctors.   I have no issues with the care I received.  If I ever have a need to visit an urgent care, I will return to this location.

Provider did a good job.  I had an appointment but doesn’t really seem to mean anything.  Will just walk in next time.  Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.  I think they could use another provider to speed things up.  To be honest…. The office needs a deep cleaning.  If you just popped in and out quickly you would not notice the condition of the exam room.  I waited a while and discovered way more.  I like this clinic but hope   they will hire a better cleaning company.

Did not book appointment, did walk in. Short wait time considering there were others ahead that had appointments. Was seen by NP. She cleaned the area that had laceration, bandaged it. Excellent care.

This AFC location always provides excellent service! They always address my concerns in a  professional and timely manner.

I was still feeling bad after taking all my Paxlovid, went back for checkup. They gave me a shot of antibiotics and prescription to take to finish off the lingering effects of Covid

I was so very surprised at the genuine concern and care starting at the front desk with Lisa.  After a few minutes I saw the ARNP Julie. Again the care was exceptional.  I was in and out in no time and I am feeling improved today.  I liked this clinic

Nurse Practitioner, Julie, was wonderful.  She listened as I discussed my symptoms with her, and was very thorough as she performed her assessment. She prescribed me some antibiotics, and today I am feeling much better. So thankful for such great care in our neighborhood!

The PA saw an anomaly on my EKG and sent me to the hospital via ambulance.  The ambulance staff ran an EKG and the ER staff at Huntsville Hospital ran an EKG twice.  Neither the ambulance or ER EKG charts showed any anomaly whatsoever.  Maybe more than one EKG should be run before coming to a drastic conclusion.

I was a walk-n.  I had a cut on my lower leg that was quite deep.   The Doctor looked at it and said it was a tear.  He steri-striped  the tear.  Queried whether my tetanus shots were current and prescribed an antibiotic. All in all I wasn’t there very long.  They were very efficient.
