Doctors and staff are always remarkable. Though, still can’t get VA, Medicare, TRICARE for Life all tied to one charging point.  Spent several hours/days trying to get the mess cleaned up.

The front staff wasn’t as friendly as I would like to see. They are reliant on electronic check-in. I believe they’re introductory manners are reliant on paper communications written about electronic check-in. They were not rude, customer service was meek. I know there was another lady coming in stating that she was unable to locate this facility online and that other American family care facilities were unfamiliar with this location. The front desk clerk was dismissive of that. My care with the physician was amazing. She listened, and gathered information and gave excellent treatment. My check in with vitals, staff was amazing. Overall, good experience, I will return.

A couple days ago I was in contact with poison ivy. It spread fairly fast on both of my arms. I am leaving for a trip in another day so decided to visit Urgent Care. I did not want to spend a lot of time seeking assistance on a Saturday afternoon. I was seen by the Doctor in a very short time which I very much appreciated. All went well as I received a shot and prescription in no time!
