Had a rash that was very itchy and I decided to go to urgent care to see if I could get some medicine to stop the itching. They were very professional and extremely helpful.  I definitely would recommend this urgent care facility. This is the second time and as many weeks as I’ve been to them for different issues.

Went in for treatment for gout. Denied care (steroid) for the pain,  but was given an injection for inflammation and a recommendation to see an orthopedic specialist.  Rheumatologist are the specialists for arthritic gout, not an orthopedic specialist. Still in severe pain 24 hours later.  Do not recommend this facility for pain relief.

Doctor could not tell me what she thought was wrong. Didn’t even listen to my chest. Told me when she came in that she ate her lunch while I was waiting for the two hours.   Was only one person ahead of me when I went in. Said I didn’t have symptoms long enough for it to be sinus but yet the symptoms were there. Probably won’t return if she is the doctor on the schedule v

My second appointment for the same issue was much better than the one a week ago. At least they started testing for something this time. Thank you

Had to be seen late in the day and my Uber was late. They sent me the paperwork over my phone and worked with me to get me seen. Very nice and helpful even at the end of the weekend.

The nurse and doctor were great aswell as the check in receptionist I went in due to severe eye pain the dr that seen me discovered I had a foreign object actually splinted into my upper eyelid and had also inflamed it aswell she was knowledgeable and determined to help me as much as possible and was able to give me some relieve however it was wedged in the eyelid so far she was only able to get a portion due to that fact it splintered off more in there even then she tried her best to remove the remainder however she was not able to get it out and recommend I see an eye dr I give her a lot of credit for going beyond for me and even as much as giving me some relieve till I can do so Monday or later as it is a Saturday overall I highly recommend this facility they seem to care and want to help I appreciate that a good dr is hard to find today

I have been dealing with a cough and cold and unable to get in to see my primary care physician.  American family care was fantastic. I got in to see them, got the diagnosis and was done in an hour. Less time then it would’ve taken to see my primary care physician I might add.  I would definitely recommend this facility.

Scheduling was quick and easy and resulted in very little wait time in the office. Service was also excellent.

Scheduling and check-in through the Solv app was easy and our wait time ended up being less than five minutes before being called back. The doctor was also in the room quickly. From walking into the lobby to leaving was less than 20 minutes

Today will be my third or fourth visit to this particular clinic. I love going there because it’s always fast and the staff is always super friendly. The nurse practitioner that I saw today was amazing. She quickly diagnosed my symptoms, and called in some antibiotics for me. I will definitely be going back and absolutely will recommend this place to my friends and family.
