I had no complaints until the young man was checking my bp the second I sat!! I said can't u do something first! He said,if it's high I will recheck. After first check he took cuff off & began immediately! I knew it would be high!! I was dizzy & had rushed to get there! At that point I was overwhelmed & frustrated & certainly saw no reason to go to emerg room to sit overnight & be told my bp is fine! ...... If they train on BP I would recomend. That made me just want to get outta there!

It’s supposed to be an urgent care and it says walkins welcome on the door but when I walk in I was told appointment only I couldn’t be back until the next morning bc I live 40 mins away so my wait time would have been 2.5 hours for the next appt. I truly think it would have been way less than that to work me in. I stopped on my way home bc this is a five star urgent care.

I will say this time and time, again- Dr. Baker is a kind, caring, compassionate and she LISTENS!  I never leave her office with questions about my visit.  She is very thorough. Front staff are very friendly and always have a smile for me. The staff in the back are equally caring.

I was seen right away and the technician took my blood for a test. I didn't feel even a prick! She was nice and caring and didn't want to hurt anyone. The receptionist was also friendly and welcoming. This is the only urgent care I go to.

PA provide Kareem has terrible bedside and pretty sure he had no clue what was going on and was just googling or using ChatGPT to check my symptoms.. staff and office were fabulous but 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPECIFIC PROVIDER!
