They are wonderful when you have a medical issue and can’t see regular providers.. they are courteous, friendly and thorough and great at helping you immediately and referring you for further care if necessary… so grateful to have this option for medical care..

Woke up that morning and couldn’t put weight on my left foot. Dr. Baker and the nurse was helpful and efficient.

Absolutely horrible experience. Front desk lady gave me attitude right off the bat for not having a claim number then once I did, she was as friendly as can be. Mind you, I came in for a bite, my finger was swollen, my skin tissue was hanging out and I was offered no help in filling out the paperwork I had to fill out with my left hand (where the bite was).. i sat in the waiting room for about 30-40 minutes with no one else there because I couldn’t be seen without the paperwork. I then go back to the room and the tech clearly hates her job. She was just rude and mellow toned from start to finish.. the provider then comes in, I unwrap the bite, and before touching it or looking closely at it goes “oh that barely broke the skin”??? The SKIN TISSUE was literally coming out of the bite wound. She then told me she was going to prescribe me a topical ointment instead of any oral antibiotic for this bite and leaves the room. Comes back and now prescribes me an oral antibiotic 👏🏼👏🏼 and a tetanus shot. Not sure what a tetanus shot is gonna do.. I’ve been bit plenty of times and haven’t needed one. Mind you they’re recommended for “deep wounds” but if this “barely broke the skin”, I should not have needed one. Get some doctors that know what they should be doing. From start to finish, I was appalled and I will NEVER come back.

The two Sarah’s were great with my kid.  He can be stubborn and I dread bringing him to the doctors office. They made it really easy for me and I didn’t feel judged.  I’m very grateful for them.

The doctor who owns the practice is so nice and helpful. She really wants to help people feel better and always seems very knowledgeable.  If me or my family need care we always try to go here.

Very friendly staff. The minute you walk in until you leave everyone was nice and caring. They get in and out fast. I will be going back there.
