I specifically went to your clinic to get a test for strep throat and any bacterial infections because I wanted to know in 24hrs if I was contagious or not. The care provider informed me that she would select the lab option which would have the results in 24hrs. The next day I called in for my results and was told she actually sent them to a lab which won’t have the results until 2-5 business days. It feels like I wasted my money. I will not be returning and I will be telling everyone I know in the South Bay about this experience.

I made an appointment but it took me 45 min to actually see the doctor. That wasn't great, but everything else was . . . Will def come back again. I really liked the doctor.

I recently needed to complete a drug screening for a new job and had initially planned to go through Labcorp. Unfortunately, their online scheduling system was frustrating to use, and after leaving a message with no call back, I decided to show up in person. I wasn’t greeted when I arrived, and the staff at the front desk curtly asked if I had an appointment. When I said no, I was told they weren’t accepting walk-ins. Thankfully, I found Carbon Health and my experience there was the complete opposite. Their online scheduling system was quick and easy to navigate, and I was able to make an appointment without any hassle. When I arrived, the office was clean, modern, and welcoming. The two staff members I interacted with were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Carbon Health for anyone in need of quick, efficient, and friendly medical services. I’ll definitely be going back in the future if I need any other care.

I only come here for the speed of getting seen. But I don't think I'll be returning because I can't justify paying $150 to be seen for only 10 minutes. My own patients would leave if I charged that. I have a doctorate myself and the care I received from the nurse practitioner was average. I'm better off doing a telehealth appointment with a real physician.

An all-around great experience. Everyone was so caring and friendly. I will definitely come back to this  Redondo Beach location if I’m ever in need of urgent care.  I would definitely recommend this provider.

Check in was difficult and took a long time, could have been much smoother/easier as appointment was made online with updated account info. Health assistant could have been more friendly and clear in her explanations. Provider was truly excellent!

I am visiting from out of town and wasn’t feeling well, so happy I went to Carbon Health. I was able to get an appointment the same day, the check in was quick and easy, they staff was great and the location was clean!  I got my diagnosis and prescriptions and on my way to feeling better!
