Staff was professional and thoughtful.  Took time to ensure they had correct diagnosis and treatment

Been having a cough for a while which then led to a sore throat. Found this place with great reviews and almost 5 stars so made the appointment. Scheduling is great if you're busy and they have a lot of time slots to choose from. Location is convenient and plenty of parking. Receptionist was very nice and professional and the overall check-in was easy and straightforward. My wait was no more than 5 minutes. I arrived 15 min before my appointment. Nurse checked my vitals, very sweet. Doctor came in and examined me. Listened to my concerns and made me feel heard and did an amazing job with my care. Highly recommend this place! Will definitely be coming here for regular checkups and if I have any more coughs in the future.

I was worried my daughter may have has RSV and was able to get an appointment in seconds. Drove there and had no waiting! The staff were kind and the entire place was so clean. So glad I chose this place to go to.

I had a weird rash and funky bruising, I got right in the day I scheduled and had no wait time. I saw Vincent and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable about my issues... very caring and the medicine he prescribed was on point. One day later and I have so much relief  from the itching ... highly recommend

Not happy that I did not get meds to better treat my symptoms.  I could not believe their temp reading which they said was normal.  The exam room I was in was 68 degrees which I think affected the reading.  I may have had COVID but they did not test for it.  It has been 2 days since my exam.  Fever and chills are finally gone.  Sinus pressure is better.  Now I have a congestive chest cough and am quite tired.  Hmmm … sounds like a mild COVID case.  Aren’t there meds for that?

So easy to make an appointment.   Get the app and it will make it even easier.  Dr was efficient and though. Thank you for the great care.

Scheduled an appointment online for my daughter. Walked in and was seen within 5 minutes. In and out all within 30 minutes. Staff was professional and courteous and made my daughter feel comfortable. Excellent place! Highly recommend!

The only issue I had with this clinic is the fact that I booked online stating twisted ankle, went and checked in and also stated I was there for an x-ray due to a twisted ankle and instead of letting me know up front that the x-ray machine has been down for two days, they took my insurance and form of payment, let me go back and get checked by the doctor to only be given an order for an xray at a different place for hopefully the next day.. so I basically paid for nothing. If I had known upfront, I would have left and gone to a different place.

Woke up with a possible UTI. Was able to get an appointment quickly and the staff was courteous and professional. I will definitely use Carbon Health again if an urgent care is needed. I would recommend this provider!
