Same day appointments was in and out in about a hour. Convenient location and great staff. I will be using this urgent care again if needed. Overall this urgent care is way more affordable than some.

I scheduled and appt for 8pm. The text I received said to check in by 745 which I did. When I walked in there were 3 other families in the waiting area. No one at the front desk to greet you, just check in on the iPad. I then received a text that said you can check your place in line there were 3 other families listed and it stated 2(1 of which was mine) had an appt and the other 2 were walk ins. I watched 1 appt and 1 walk in go ahead before me and another family left so we got called back around 8:06 because the other family walked out. We were told 4 other families were ahead of us. I asked what the point in making an appt is if that was the case. I knew all the families before us didn’t have appts. At least 2 of them. So, we waited. The lady came in and did vitals and brought us back some ibuprofen. Just handed me the syringe and said to give it to her. Not once did she try to help when she seen I was struggling to give it because my daughter was screaming and kicking she just kept trying to give her a popsicle which wasn’t helping the situation. Before I even finished giving the meds she walked out and said the doctor will be with us shortly. We waited an hour and 15 minutes before I went out to check what the hold up was and they told me she was in the room and I was next. Ok, yeah. So we waited and the doctor walked in at 9:36. She was great but the whole process of how they take the patients back needs to be reassessed. I believe the patients who make appts should be called back before the walk ins because what’s the point in making one when they just take you back by the order you signed in as. Maybe having more than one doctor on site when it’s the busy sick season would be good too. We got out of there going on 10pm and I had to run home check on my newborn who I needed to feed and then go back out again and grab the meds at the 24 hour pharmacy!!

My son wasn't feeling at all well, stuffy nose, headache, diarrhea, chills, body aches. Thank you to the Amazing Staff and the Doctor who took very good care of him.

Great care, but very slow to be seen (90 min to see Dr.)

Wasted my time waiting for provider response. I wish I can get a response from the begining, so Dont have to waiste my time.

Very understaffed which meant wait time was awful. Doctor was polite, but place was filthy and left without answers.

Everything was great. We usually go to ARC but so glad we chose this place instead. ARC would have taken vitals and sent us home without tests as they've done before. We are very happy we came here.

Had a pink eye and needed drops asap. Got an appointment within 30 minutes on a Saturday. Super fast. Great service. Highly recommend!

Did more harm than good for my son. Caused him an incredible amount of pain, then referred us to see someone else while still charging us for doing nothing.

Wonderful staff and doctor, made me feel reassured and made me feel like she was brilliant.
