Front desk is rude my son has autism and got upset while I was waiting for his school note and she told me with an attitude along with making ugly faces I could just take my son to the car if he’s going be mad so because of that comment I had to leave without that note . The doctors and nurses great but whoever they had for front desk needs to be fired

I’m sorry to say that our experience was very upsetting. The nurse had my husband and me hold our baby’s arms and legs down while trying to get an oxygen reading. Our baby screamed and cried so hard that she was sweating, and we were told her heart rate reached 200. As parents, it was heartbreaking to watch, and it felt far more forceful than necessary for such a simple measurement. We left feeling distressed and unsupported. I understand that some procedures with young children can be difficult, but I expected more compassion, patience, and gentleness throughout the process. I hope this feedback helps improve how families are treated in the future.
