ConvenientMD Urgent Care, West Lebanon

Discharge paperwork was not even close to acceptable. Was workers compensation and they couldn't find my employer, a national company, and listed no business name, address or phone number which does not help file a claim which has to be done immediately when injured

First time using convenient, MD. From the receptionist to the medical staff, I was treated nicely and efficiently. They were very friendly and assessed the problem and was able to relieve me of my discomfort rather quickly. I feel they will become a great asset in the upper Valley. Thanks again.

I needed an employer required test. Staff found my scheduled visit quickly, walked me through the check in process and patiently assisted when I got on the wrong screen. Wait time was too short to mention and the Medical Assistant got a vein the first time! That can be hard on me. I was in and out quickly. I will go there again with a similar need.

The staff were friendly and quick but not rushed. Excellent

Six of us traveling together in a single vehicle. One got sick (cold) and we didn’t want him to share it. The doctor recommended meds for all of us and we accepted. Prevention meds for all and the drug store was just across the street. Very happy with the clinic and the doctor went out of her way to be friendly.  Very highly recommend

Was able to walk in and set up an appointment easily and timely. Kind staff. Clean atmosphere.

Check in was simple with person at counter very helpful. Very short wait time.  All staff were friendly.  Doctor was great in explaining.  I received an Rx and they gave me a stretch bandage to protect the cut on my finger as I have more packing to do for a move.  Yes I would recommend the provider!

Fell this morning with a rolled ankle and went to ConvenientMD. Very fast service and incredibly nice nurses!
