Would give it a 0 star but drove 30 miles n called to ask if they were busy for my friend that couldn't drive himself cuz he was so sick and she was so snobby and ignorant and hung up on me

My friend was so sick I had to drive him to one urgent care and it was a few people in front of him so I called lock haven and the woman who awnserd said they were busy n hung up on me and was ignorant

This is a hack organization. Miscommunication and unfriendliness is the norm. Daughter needed a simple physical for a job. Our home provider sent her shot records twice and they still denied they received it. Only after a phone call did they finally admit they got them. Also told to put our appt time online and would be taken over walk ins. Again total lie. Only gave them one star because I can’t give them anything lower. Avoid this clinic. If we didn’t need the physical today would have gone somewhere else.
