Have flu like symptoms, so did a video visit to request a rapid test for Covid-19. No wait time on both video visit and testing. Very quick and convenient and Dr and staff all very professional.

Everyone was very nice. The problem with this “self check in” is not patient friendly. What do you do with people that can’t do the online? The staff member Saturday was very helpful and assisted me with setting the appointment. The staff member Tuesday asked if my phone worked? As if to say that anyone can do it. After an hour I figured it out. But what about the patients that can’t do the online stuff? If this appointment wouldn’t of been work driven I would not of went through this last visit. We should help patients that say they don’t know how to get through the online process

I was required to get a Covid test before going back to work. The process was easy and the staff was friendly. Processes were explained well. There was not an option upon check in that this was required by my work for return unless it was a physical, drug test, or work injury. I was wondering how this would affect my billing? Thanks for the great care.

Staff was courteous and listened to me. Audio was terrible on the video call. I could barely hear

Amanda was great! She was very thorough with her exam. The tech that swabbed me and checked me in was very friendly and did a great job. The nurse that gave me my injection was also very friendly. Overall a good experience even though I wasn’t feeling good.
