I had an appointment on 7/28 around 8:45 pm for a COVID test. They tested for both step and COVID. My step test was negative and I was told that I would receive a call on 7/29 reading my COVID results. It’s 2:35 pm and the office closes at 3pm. I still haven’t received a phone call. I’ve called 10 times since 9am and the phone has been busy or the call won’t go through. I’ve sent an email and it was undeliverable. I’ve sent a message through the website and no response. The women were very nice, but it doesn’t help when you can’t reach anyone regarding your results.

I was absolutely applaud. I was given an appointment at 3pm today for my Granddaughter. Upon arrival at you URGENT CARE facility, it was closed. There was a sign stating to go to another location. How dare you have appointments available online for URGENT medical SERVICES at you URGENT CARE office. And no one to accommodate us. Just rude, no empathy, disrespectful, unprofessional and waste of time and gas.
