Great treatment plan, excellent bedside manner, efficient

Was able to get the appointment I wanted online. No waiting. The staff is so friendly and efficient. When not feeling well quality service is needed. I highly recommend

The staff were friendly and everything was perfect. They were thorough in their work and polite. They helped fill out my prescription for antibiotics that helped significantly more than the previous medicines they recommended, and did their due diligence in trying to care for my health. I would recommend this provider to anyone who needs help, because they are looking out for you and do care. Love you guys. Thank you for your hard work! My only gripe, and this is an obscenely petty, insignificant gripe, was that the hot tea I requested to help clear my throat of phlegm was far too hot and I burnt my tongue on it. I felt that burnt sensation for the rest of the day. And unfortunately, the (lemon?) tea flavor was awful. I'm really sorry, your service was excellent, it's just that honey tea or green tea would make for a wonderful alternative to choose from...

I’m from out of town, really needed to be seen today & there were several appointment times to choose from.  Staff could not have been more caring, not only to me, but all that came through the doors.  VERY CLEAN as a medical clinic should be.  Attending nurse & doctor were detailed, personal & I did NOT feel rushed, they wanted to hear my story.  I wish this clinic was in my town. 😁 God put those lovely ladies in my path today, I’m sure. All of the staff especially the Dr. Cam and her assistant Nicole were absolutely delightful and super friendly. They made my visit easy and  Stress free.

was able to schedule an appt the same day as my concern. the office is new, super clean, calm, stylish, and comfortable. the staff working there are all 12/10. super kind, good listeners, helpful. accurate diagnosis was made and xrays were ordered and taken on site. the PA read the xray and then it was also read by a radiologist to confirm/check for anything else, as that is their specialty. maybe a helpful hint: if you have UHC, check if covered (in app or website) by typing in MULTICARE indigo, not just indigo bc thats how UHC lists it.

I was given a prescription for 5 days of medication as instructed by the doctor and in my discharge paperwork but the pharmacy received three days and there is no way to contact the provider to fix it. I received a message in my chart but can’t respond to it.

Waited an hour past my appointment time to get seen. What the point of having an appointment then?

The first person forgot a medication on my medication list and wrote how long I had been sick had 5 days instead of 1 day. The provider got me antibiotics for my really bad ear infection but I didn't understand about what she said about me having fluid stuck behind my my swollen shut ear canal.

Had a terrible outbreak of shingles and the staff was very caring. Excellent care from nurse assistant and nurse practitioner.
