Was so easy to schedule appointment online same day. It was challenging to input secondary insurance info on line from drop-down, unable to freely input other info. Found front desk staff helpful and friendly. Provider seemed knowledgeable and clearly explained lab outcome, to be sent for culture, if needed. Results posted quickly to portal and prescription sent to pharmacy quickly. Overall, great experience. Would recommend.

Great and friendly staffs all around.  Only things to approve are 2 things.  I completed the check in survey with my new insurance card (images on both sides) and my primary care doctors name and phone number and it was not updated at the front desk and had to ask for my insurance card again and also my primary care provider was not updated on my after visit summary so my doctor would not know I came to urgent care.

I had the most pleasant experience here from the moment I called to the moment I walked out of the appointment. Carri was so pleasant on the phone and helped me schedule an appointment the same day effortlessly. The check in was easy and quick. When I got to my appointment Carri greeted me and remembered speaking with me and got me fully checked in quickly. She even asked my preference of name when I told her my nickname upon arriving.  Nicole was an absolute joy to be around. She has wonderful bedside manner and I felt truly cared for. Her intake, triage and x-rays were thorough and efficient. I could have talked to her for hours.  Cam also had great bedside manner and reviewed my x-rays in light speed. She answered all my questions so I felt comfortable with the protocol when leaving.  This was by far the best medical appointment I’ve had in a long time and I wish I could go there for my primary care. Overall such a huge peace of mind. Thank you all!

Everyone there was super nice! Easy to get in and out, and very helpful too

My elderly mom fell and cut her hand, and we thought she should get x-rays. Figured the clinic would be faster and less stressful than an emergency room. We reserved an appointment time in seconds, and minutes later were at the clinic to be seen. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I recommend them highly.

I was seen immediately and was quickly impressed by the professionalism of all the staff. They were friendly, kind and put me at ease. Ms. Lundquist was excellent and I had full confidence in her. She communicated very clearly and performed the exam with a sure but gentle manner. Exceptional all the way around. I would definitely recommend this provider.
