Everyone was great in the clinic. Kas was amazing! Very friendly!

Yesterday was my first time I visited this facility.  I was very impressed with everyone I interracted with. Everyone was  knowledgeable and kind. I certainly will go back when I need urgent care.

The entire process was seamless, from scheduling the appointment to seeing the medical provider. The entire staff is great and they do have very nice offices and modern equipment (not a requirement but speaks volumes about the clinic) - a great experience from beginning to end.

The doctor provider treatment right away but my insurance denied the medication.

Arrived at 8 am, check in went smooth seen on time, friendly and welcoming as well as efficient service.  It was a quick visit within 15 minutes I was out the door.  Came in for my maintenance medication because I was low on prescription and I recently moved to State.  Thanks for the great quality care.

Everything was going smoothly until “We are going to give you a chest x-ray for your lungs” The plate battery was depleted. Couple of wasted minutes there. Then the contrast was off. Couldn’t see anything. “I’m not sure how to fix this.” Finally got that fixed then it was just one more to get the bottom of one lung. The staff was as friendly as they could be thru all this but properly maintained equipment and a troubleshooting notebooks would make their jobs easier.

Scheduling was easy, check-in was fine. It was annoying that the website clearly lists X-Rays as a service provided, but when I got in I was told they don't do x-rays on certain body parts. Why not list that? Felt very deceptive. Anna, the PA-C who saw me made me very uncomfortable with strange comments about my body. She made several comments about scars I have on my skin, that are not related in any way to the issue with my bruised ribs that I was there for. She brought it up like four or five times, it was really bizarre and I would never be comfortable with having her as a provider again. Doctors are supposed to help people, not make people feel uncomfortable over and over again, it's hard to overstate how strange and inappropriate the whole situation was made all the more worse that I was in a significant amount of pain from my ribs and didn't get any kind of help with that at all. We spent more time discussing marks on my skin than we did what I actually came for. How can a medical professional not know the difference between an active wound and a scar that's been healed over for years? One question is fine I guess, but multiple times? Why am I being interrogated about my own body and not helped with the actual issue I showed up for? I'm a grown adult, it's not appropriate in the slightest to make comment after comment about it. For this experience alone I would not recommend this provider, and would actively steer loved ones away from there. The facility itself was pretty clean and nice.

Very caring staff from check in to back office. I would highly recommend these health care providers. 10/10.

Came in for a walk in and was greeted immediately. Wait time was much better than other clinics in the area, and the service was quick and easy. My doctor explained everything in a very understandable way and I felt really taken care of.

Great staff, no wait time. No trouble scheduling. Have been here twice and both visits were very fast and efficient. The staff very upbeat, friendly and competent. Live they are open till 8. Would recommend.
