The blonde at front desk wasn’t very nice to me she was short with the woman she was training because she asked her a question about my situation and they were calling me by my husband first name Aaron mines Miranda lol. This couple came in asked her when the director would be in they had tried to reach for 10 days w no response she wasn’t too professional or nice to them and jazmin came took over then she went to the nurse station was talking negatively about what had just happened and went on break. Everyone else was great and very nice professional. The provider was great super nice to me and thorough. Wait time wasnt great but neither was check in when they told me 20 min it was hr and half and nobody else came so I don’t know what took so long.
