Great experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Everything went smoothly, and I was in and out in no time. Definitely appreciate the quick and excellent service!

I did not have an appointment and my wait was an hour and half plus half hour after entering the room. Some other person came in and they told her to come back in an hour and she would be seen I am a senior disabled person and no one cared about how uncomfortable I was. Very poor service and the doctor was a jerk. Poor bedside manners

The staff was very nice and friendly Magan Roesch ARNP was awesome very attentive and respectful I definitely would see her again.

Was able to get in quickly, arrived early and was seen almost right away. Very friendly and informative!

We had an appointment with another care company, but could not find it. We stopped at MultiCare for direction assistance.The Receptionist at MultiCare tried to help us find the other company. She couldn’t find  it while getting us there on time.  We’d be over 30 minutes late for the appointment    She multi tasked and found space for us with them. No wait. She went above and beyond. Wonderful service.

I made an appointment online and was able to be seen the moment I came in. I got a little emotional over the bill and Kimberly was very empathetic and kind. Not only was Kimberly great, but every single person I met at this facility. I had a bad experience last time with a rude ARNP that made me cry and wouldn't believe me. This time I saw Megan Roesch, and the difference was incredible. Megan is bubbly, kind, empathetic, competent, puts her patients at ease, and is and absolutely the kind of person that we need more of in the medical field. Chris, the nurse that took my vitals, was also amazing. I can forget the bad experience I had before because this one was great. Huge props to the staff here, they're all wonderful and I'd like to thank them for the work that they do, they deserve recognition.

Two hours in and out without an appt including a rapid strep I think is pretty good - everyone was nice & helpful - the aid new her stuff and did it efficiently - the doc was friendly and knowledgeable - what more can I say - I will go back should the need arise!
