I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care Stadium for such an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with genuine warmth, kindness, and care. The staff even arranged a Russian interpreter for me, which meant so much and made me feel truly comfortable and understood. I would especially like to thank Joseph Starzl, PA, for his outstanding professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness. He carefully examined my ears, listened to my concerns, and immediately understood my problem. He was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. My special thanks also go to the wonderful nurse, Leandra H., who was so gentle, attentive, and professional. She carefully performed the ear irrigation procedure and successfully removed the earwax blockage. I felt immediate relief! Joseph then returned to examine my ears again and make sure everything was fine. Throughout my visit, I felt surrounded by people who genuinely care about their patients. They even offered me coffee or tea, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture! The clinic is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and welcoming. Every member of the staff was friendly, respectful, and professional. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Joseph, Leandra, and the entire team for your kindness, compassion, and excellent care! This is what truly wonderful healthcare looks like. I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing clinic to everyone!

I was able to schedule an appointment the first thing in the morning for a couple of minor issues. I was able to see the physician on call on a very timely basis. Check-in people were very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Indigo Urgent  Care in the Stadium District.

Everything was a positive experience except a bit of a wait, but to be expected when you get to be seen with a same day appointment and on a Saturday no less.

Easy check-in , nice providers , sent my meds to the wrong pharmacy but otherwise a good visit

Set up appointment online, was checking quickly. Sat in room for 45 minutes after being checked in. Doctor was not helpful or thorough.

Was extremely tired and out of it, I was worried they would say I was just dehydrated but they believed everything I said and ran some tests to make sure I was okay. They did everything in their power to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Very patient and caring.

I went into urgent care because I had been bitten by my cat.   That was in the morning and later in the day when my daughter saw it she urged me to go.  I’m grateful to her for that.  There weren’t any spaces available, though the wonderful front desk receptionist found a window of time and I was able to be seen right then.  Thankfully because, i was still bleeding where the wound was and the nurse cleaned it up and then the arnp came in and she said I needed a tetanus shot as well as antibiotics. I am also very grateful that we have Urgent care facilities, otherwise I would have gone to the ER and that to me is a place for people who have much more serious health concerns.  Not that this wasn’t important, it’s just a much better fit when situations like this arise. Thank you to everyone I dealt with yesterday.  The professionalism, kindness and understanding means everything.

Wait time was reasonable, not long.  Recommendation: Consider placing more load-bearing bag / coat hangars in / near, for example, waiting area and examination rooms to obviate need to place purses / etc. on floor. No major complaints. Thank you for the assistance. They could perhaps be retractable so they are practical and don’t take up space or introduce potentially unsightly clutter.

The last time my 3 year old son went to the doctors he had to have some blood drawn so coming into the urgent care for persistent fever and mucus led him to being very aggressive and screaming and the nursing staff were AMAZING. A very kind nurse had to swab his nose and made no complaint as my son was screaming and kicking and actually kept the atmosphere very light saying my son reminded him of his nephews. We blew up a couple of gloves and tied them off to play keepy uppy and the doctor actually joined in so that he would feel comfortable and happy. Nobody was frustrated (other than us parents maybe lol) and the staff actually made us feel very amazing. I had some questions about what pharmacy may be best and the nursing staff actually gave personal recommendations that did end up being very speedy and amazing!  Love this location!!!!

Easy to schedule & check in. The telehealth provider told me there was no wait, but when I went into the office, there were a few people ahead of me. I ended up waiting for over an hour. All of the staff in the office was nice though.
