It was was appalled at the treat my son in law received when he called to get the results of his covid and flu swabs. He was just told he was positive but not for which one. I had him call back to clarify it was not covid because he has a 1 year old baby to protect . He was talked to in an unprofessional manner and berated by the employee on the phone . Telling him any capable adult would understand what he was being told . I heard right from the man on the phone . I will never give a good rating to med express again . Truly the most unprofessional place I’ve ever seen . I’d sit in the er and wait for hours to be seen than to be treated in that manner . They need a attitude adjustment . Simply horrible
