Always get really bad congestion in spring and fall. Normally I go into the office for treatment! Today I did the video call and it was amazing! The doc was very sweet and listened to what I had to say! I really appreciate being able to do the video call instead of going in! Will use nextcare again!

Very easy even though I was feeling lousy.  Prescriptions called in quickly

Love how easy it us to book a video appointment. Usually less than 5 minutes and I don't need to miss any work or drive to an office if I feel awful. It's also very hard to get in to see my doctor same day or even next day. Can usually get a video appointment same day, many times within an hour or two. Absolutely love the ease and always had great doctor video visits. Thank you.

It was almost impossible to get the video call working through Solv!!! If it was directly to NextCare it would have worked fine. Took 3 different people to make it work. Each time it prompted me for my 4 digit code I was never texted it. Then I had the system call me with a code. I put that one in and it didn't work. Finally, I got a video call directly from NextCare which worked fine.

The doctor was exceptional she helped me out a lot
