Front desk staff was inattentive and slow. Arrived early for my appointment and made to wait 20 minutes to check in with only 2 other patients. Then they couldn’t find my appointment. Left without seeing a doctor.

I made an appointment through Solv at the Optum Urgent Care in Little Neck for 7:15 PM. I got there at 7 PM and no one was there, the doors were locked, the place was completely empty, and closed. The only issue I have here is that the scheduling was not accurate. I should not have been able to make an appointment if the place was closed.

Staff was friendly listen to what I said and made me feel  Dr was very good  Took time with me and I felt he was listening to what I had to say Would recommend

Very easy to schedule. Love having to check in before I even get there so there’s no wait time at the desk. Robert was very helpful. Dr. Ho was very caring and answered my questions. I even had a call him back and he got on the phone.

Very easy to schedule appointment on line. Dr Ho's assistant is a dynamo and wonderfully efficient and kind. Dr. Ho has a warm bedside manner. He was thorough in his examination, communicated in clear language and did not hurry the visit. I left feeling that I was in good caring hands and that I was treated with the utmost regard. I highly recommend this Optum Urgent Care office in Little Neck.

Entire staff was extremely accommodating and attentive to my needs. Didn’t feel rushed and was given proper care. Very grateful
