This is by far the best pediatric urgent care in Gwinnett. I’m always in and out within an hour. I use them more than my child’s childcare provider. The staff and doctor are friendly and attentive.

Horrible - never answered after 90 minutes. Not sure what the issue is.

They had an opening right away and were super nice and quick! Highly recommend virtual visits!

Scheduling was super easy & fast! My daughter was able to see the doctor in a matter of minutes and he was able to get us a prescription for her symptoms right away. This is my family’s go-to pediatric urgent care because they always provide excellent service and it’s always a quick visit without compromising the attentive care for the patients. Highly recommend this office and the staff/care providers.

The virtual visit option is super convenient. Scheduling was easy the app is user friendly and the provider was great!

My granddaughter has been under the weather for several days. Doctor was able to immediately diagnose so that we can get her on a regimen to feeling better. Provider is always very friendly and supportive. Would be great if the facility can be utilized as primary care.

This was a first of many Telemedicine appointments for sure. My 9r old had a severe eczema breakout for the first time and it hasn’t gone away after 3 weeks. Scheduling was simple and very quick. There was a longer wait time by 30 minutes than the appointment time I scheduled. I’m not mad because it was still better than driving and loading up 3 little ones to sit in a waiting room managing them for God knows how long. Also, Dr. Sesay was very kind, answered my questions and told me what I needed to do. He listened and answered all my questions patiently which is huge to me and didn’t make me feel like an idiot. Would recommend.

Due to me not being able to get off work I wasn’t able to come in to the office. I was able to book an telehealth appointment with Dr Sesay. I provided pictures and let him know what was going on and he was able to confirm the diagnosis of thrush and send prescription to the pharmacy. He even was kind enough to send a text to let me know when it had been sent. Nice to experience provider that seems to actually care.

Out of town with a sick child, and they were able to see us on short notice. The doctor was great with our kid and us, and was a compassionate and clear communicator.
