We have been there many times and see either Tawnya Thomas or Allison. Both are great, very caring and thorough. We usually get a follow up call a day or two after the visit to ensure that we are doing better and/or further advice. For a walk in clinic, you can expect a wait depending on how many people are ahead of you or the severity of your condition. They send your prescription to any pharmacy but if you use theirs it is usually available immediately. We are very pleased with the care that we receive there and will continue to visit and recommend them. Steve Sheheane

Re: Mr. B.C. Young's offce visit Was scheduled for 12:00 PM appt today..when I arrived I was told there was no appointment in the system, despite watching it be input on on my last visit. I presented my appointment card confirming it, which they kept. The managing NP or NA, T. Thomas, was sitting behind the receptionist. I am her patient and had seen her on at least three previous visits. I was only there to get my lab results, but Ms. Thomas advised she was not working today and would not see me or provide the lab results. I asked if I could just have the report and she replied I needed to sit and discuss it, but she would not oblige me.The only recourse I had was to reschedule for tomorrow or wait until other patients were seen. Advised her I had someone drive me and was on a time constraint, to no avail. Now will have to do this all over again. Big waste of time and money. Will not be returning.
