I had a cyst that was incredibly painful.  The front desk lady was so sweet and caring. She made the experience a lot easier.  The doctor saw the cyst, poked it, and then gave me pain meds.  I honestly wish more time had been taken to look at the actual issue.

👎👎👎 I had a confirmed appointment for my sons school physical @ the STHS ER Monte Christo using this app, we showed to our scheduled Appointment and were told by your staff that we no longer perform school physical’s,  you can try the other STHS ER on McColl rd.  I think you have staff that are very lazy, and don’t want to do any work. The ER board outside the facility read  3 minute wait time, so it does not seem like they were busy. How difficult is it to perform a school physical!! I looked up the night before places that perform physical’s and STHS came up, this AP took my appointment and reason for visit and it was confirmed!  Just lazy people working there!
