Very professional and efficient operation. The annoyance was the constant badgering while I was in the lavatory trying to pee into a little vial. They asked me three times within one minute if I was doing ok. and I was in the lavatory for only a few minutes. I'm just shy of 63 years old, maybe they should be more cognizant of that fact. But all in all it was a very good experience.

The whole process was unpleasant and somewhat accusatory. I did not feel comfortable being there at all. While I know it is necessary for some jobs, it doesn’t need to make people feel like they did something wrong.
