I had a 10:30 AM appointment waited about an hour before being seen. The building was cold. After my vitals waited about another 1/2 hour. Only one other patient ahead of me. Very nice people just slow.

Wait time is worst, it takes around 2-3 hrs. After doctor came and performed some initial diagnosis, she ordered swab test for strep throat, however, nurse didn’t come until I went out and asked for it. Later, after doing swab test my son started feeling shortness of breath, indicating swab test was not done properly.

The scheduling and wait time was fine. My complaint is with the doctor I saw. I went in for a dry cough, cold sweats, nausea and dizziness. Immediately tested for Covid and flu. Both were negative. So the doctor started guessing what it could be. She told me it could be anything from valley fever to bronchitis to tuberculosis to possibly even nicotine withdrawals since I quit smoking 2 weeks ago. Tuberculosis or nicotine withdrawals is a crazy diagnosis. If it was TB, she should have been way more concerned. I will not be going back here.

After a short wait we met with a friendly woman who took vitals and medical history, then met with PA Joel who offered a speedy diagnosis and treatment.
