Staff at front desk weren't helpful or informative at all. They handed me a test and that was it. I stood there staring at 2 staff members for a good couple minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. I know it's busy and they try to get people in and out but a little more hospitality would be nice.

Worst receptionist ever . Never did she check me in. No patient care, and very rude. Do not recommend . She said, “$200” without checking my name, insurance, etc.

I never got notified of my Covid test results or my 2 children. There is also no way to reach anyone over the phone or through email. We took our test on Thursday and it's Monday and we haven't heard anything

It says to call for pricing, it’s office hours, varios calls have been made, and no answer

I went a two weeks ago got tested never got my results. I had to pay for rapid testing elsewhere.

Booking is easy, calling is impossible. What is the point of calling a patient, if you call from an unknown number, and ask them to call you back??? The phone number online doesn’t work. It will say that the call is being recorded and then immediately say that there is no one to accept the call and hang up. Maybe skip this step if you aren’t going to list a working phone number or provided one for missed calls. The staff was great and the service was fast. Calling is the most frustrating part of the whole thing.

I’ve been here once before & did not have an issue. However, I’ve called 3 times in the last week for information and receptionists are extremely rude & dont seem to know beaux information about their services. Providing responses like “I don’t think..” & “I’m not sure.”

Very disappointed. If you don’t have insurance - you’re not welcomed. How rude and insensitive from their part. This is global crisis. There’s no time to be asking if someone is insured. Test for free and give back to the community. Don’t just wrapped yourself like every capitalist does - don’t be afraid to give back. Thank you
