I took my exchange daughter in for a sports physical after school. After checking in at the desk, I was asked to complete paperwork via a link I received in a text message. It was quick and easy to do and I really appreciated not having to fill out lengthy paperwork. We were taken back to an exam room shortly after submitting everything. Both the nurse and provider were friendly and helpful. The entire visit took less than 45 minutes and I felt the cost was plenty reasonable. I will definitely return for future needs.

Nurse was amazing. Listened wrote everything down. Asked questions. And was very friendly. Wasn't very impressed with dr. I could have stayed home and taken allergy meds and got the same results. Cough is still deep and raspy. Still not coughing anything up and all we got was " it's a virus" well so was covid but they treated it. I'll be going to the regular physician if it's not better by Monday.

I thought I had a UTI and I had no energy and my nurse at the doctors office suggested that I go to an urgent care so I chose to come to access the doctor and the nurse were great but the next day I was told to follow up with Dr. Wilcox my doctor and he never received any information from access urgent care. They had to call to get that I had been there and they still had no results of the test.  Then we left the urgent care to go pick up my medicine across the street at HOMELAND, which she had plenty of time to call it in and I know it doesn’t take forever and my husband waited over there for 15 minutes and never got my medicine. I had to go to my doctor this morning to get a prescription for my medicine.

Wasn’t feeling well didn’t feel like the staff cared very much just wanted to make sure I was in and out. Didn’t really try and figure out what was wrong just guessed and sent me out. I spent maybe 5 minutes in the room. Ended up with covid and flu and they didn’t test for either.

Actually had to wait for my results for several days, and now they do video conference with the doctor here. Not really a good outlook on um good inspections by the doctor.

The worst experience ever! Wasted 2 hours of my time! Never going back!

The nurse was amazing and wonderful  she knew I was scared to death of needles and give me the shot that was required and I didn’t even notice until it burned so yes amazing
